Pulsed  laser diode  driver, mainly used for driving 905nm semiconductor laser tube. This semiconductor driver board comes with a high-voltage power supply part. Through the high-speed MOS tube charge and discharge control, the output laser pulse width can reach a minimum of 10ns and a maximum repetition frequency of 100khz. Can drive a semiconductor laser with a peak power of 200W.
